I am Roger Selway, resident of Sun City Grand in Surprise, Arizona and owner / operator of Sun Valley Home Watch. My house sitting service has grown out of owning and operating 2 home improvement businesses in Maryland. Before that I worked in my dad's building business and built my own home in 1986.

My goal at Sun Valley Home Watch is to make your time away from home as worry-free as possible. I will keep your home secure and well cared-for during your absence. I can handle all those nagging homeowner problems for you and have a great network of contractors (see my Resources page).
