We email you a report after each visit that you can use as documentation with your insurance company.  We are licensed & insured.

If you just bought a home, we can recommend reliable services for your landscaping care, home cleaning, remodeling, pest control, rekeying locks, etc. We also coordinate and meet furniture deliveries.  

Services Include:
        Inspect for signs of tresspassing or weather damage.
        Ensure doors, screens and windows are secure.
        Remove litter, newspapers, & phone books.  Clean front entrance.

        Inspect landscaping; perform minor weed control in the front yard.
Test & adjust irrigation system; fix irrigation system leaks.
Inspect interior for pests, water leaks. 
Replace smoke detector batteries.
Run garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer.  Monitor appliances.  
Add water to all drains, toilets & evaporation buckets.  
Coordinate landscaping, pest control and other contractor services.
Attend to golf carts and vehicles.
Cut grass plots. 
Email report after each visit with pictures as needed.
