Our STANDARD home watch service includes:
      Inspect for signs of tresspassing or weather damage.
      Ensure doors, screens and windows are secure.
      Remove litter, newspapers, & phone books.  Clean front entrance.

      Inspect landscaping; perform minor weed control in the front yard.
Test & adjust irrigation system; fix above-ground leaks.
Inspect interior for pests, water leaks.  Replace smoke detector batteries.
Run garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer.
Monitor appliances.  Test hot water heater.
Add water to all drains, toilets & evaporation buckets.  Keep toilets free of stains.
Email report after each visit with pictures as needed.

Optional services (additional fee):
Schedule landscaping, pest control and other services.  Care for vehicles and golf cars.  Find and repair below-ground irrigation leaks.  Perform handyman services / supervise contractors.  

Pricing:
