Whether it's for 1 week or 6 months, we keep a professional, watchful eye on your house and property to minimize typical homeowner problems. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We can also handle minor maintenance headaches and, if needed, supervise contractors. We tailor our services to your needs!
BASIC homewatch services:
- inspect for signs of vandalism, trespassing
- insure doors, screens and windows are secure
- remove litter from the property
- monitor condition of landscaping
- test and lubricate garbage disposal
- inspect interior for pests
- inspect interior for leaks
- add water to drains, traps & buckets
- refill water buckets as necessary
- flush toilets
- change lighting timers
- monitor appliances
- report status to the homeowner
BASIC PLUS homewatch services: all of the Basic services plus monthly: VACATION homewatch services: CUSTOM homewatch services: PRICING: Cost for Basic, Basic Plus and Vacation services is $20 to $25 per visit. There is an initial consultation and walk thru fee of $20 due at time of contract. Custom services are priced at the rate of $30 per hour. Note: travel time can increase fees.
