At Sun Valley Home Watch we provide house sitting services for owners of vacation and second homes in Surprise, Arizona.  Whether gone for 1 week or 6 months, we keep a professional, watchful eye on our customers' homes and  property, working hard to meet their individual needs.   

Serving primarily Sun City Grand and Sun City West, we care for our customers' homes as we do our own.  As often as requested we inspect a customer's vacant home performing a detailed walk through of the inside and outside of the home and property.  We are licensed, bonded and insured and, if need be, can perform minor maintenance and manage contractors.
