Who will be caretaker of my home?
Only the 2 owners of Sun Valley Home Watch visit customers’ homes. If we are temporarily unavailable, we have family members qualified to fill in for us.
How do you handle keys?
We normally have a customer's keys but can also secure keys from designated keyholders.
How often will you contact us during our absence?
We contact customers after each inspection either by email or phone. If we identify a situation needing immediate attention, we call customers right away.
